3. Competition requirements:

1. Tool requirements: This competition is developed in the form of hand-drawn renderings. It is limited to the use of markers, gouache, watercolor, color lead, computer hand-painted boards, Ipad and Apple pencil and other drawing methods, and can also be used in a comprehensive manner. Creative forms, other forms of expression are not accepted.

2. Quantity requirement: The number of works is to create one work for each of the three proposed themes, and a total of three works will be submitted, and the total of the work will be one work at the time of review. The hand-painted style, tool use, and expression techniques must be unified.

3. Size requirements: The uniform specifications of the works are A3 (297mmx420mm) paper size, the resolution is 100dpi, and the size of each work should be above 1MB and within 10MB.

4. Scoring rules:

1. The subject is clear, the submitted works are in good condition and comply with the requirements of the competition rules.

5. Competition event system:

3. After the awards, the organizing committee will be responsible for the production of voting promotion links for all submitted works. According to the principle of the largest number of votes, 2 groups of the most popular awards and 4 groups of the most popular awards will be selected, and additional awards will be awarded according to the number of votes. Certificates, voting and selection have nothing to do with the previous competition awards.

Sixth, the principle of not winning:

1. The works require original creation and plagiarism renderings are not awarded.

7. Awarding method:

8. Intellectual property rights of entries:

All relevant materials of this competition are only for the personal use of the participants, and no one is allowed to distribute them without authorization. The organizer has the right to display, publish and other forms of publicity of the entries.
